EPussia, this is an admin controlled empire created with the intend to successfully complete a UW since noone has pulled this off for some time now. It`s all explained in the online manual...

fun?how can it be fun few people have ever gotten so high pr n spits in face of people who work hard to get gd empires n then 1 person in a day gets that high. i dont call it a rant im not a mad man

EPrussia : look into things and do a lil research before ranting about quiting and stuff

it is an npc such as lucas and kalzul , and its there for ultra to have a little fun , deal with it

its rather obvious just looking at it

this guy is still here wat is going on? no1 should be able to do that this is crazy ive never seen any1 even near a billion pr in the game ever if this is way things are going GC then every1 should just quit now
