how can i get money if i have 1 cluster and no other planets

if this is the case then you are a paid race and in need of borders myh friend, terran and aminor cant die so the have a seperate home world, paid races can cluster their home planet,for money it depends on your race in the manual under races it will tell you the bonuses and restrictions for each race
