when i use 1 turn, i get money, buy when i use alot (like 9) at a time, my cashflow is negative?

in fact there is a strange bug when increasing loyalty on a populated colony it takes more $ when you use many turns than 1...
do u have a fleet?
or do u have enoujgh food for ur population (assuming tax based empire)
also make sure u have your planets land mass assigned to your correct income style (for mining u dont need any land to be assigned to mining as that just helps with ore extraction)
