If by time pod you mean atime capsule, they will add turns to your current bank.
There are two variations
STC - Small time Capsule - 10 turns
BTC - Big time capsule - 100 turns
Please note though, when using it (Say on an unpaid RT account with a max of twentyy)
If i have 15 turns, then use an STC, i will only goto the maximum storage, which is 20, the rest of the turns will be wasted.
Same deal if i used a BTC with 1 turn left on rt, ill only go upto 20
