My Thors got sick :S

It seems ship disease is spreading.... last week it only was Tyrs that got sick... but now Thor start dying as well.... How do I explain this to the parents of the fighters in my Thors?

In my opinion there is no good reason why my Thors died..... even without using the Battle sim, which admins/guides will say you shouldn`t, I can think of a reason why the Thors died....

but as Maraudian and quaint stated last week, they know what happened to teh Tyrs (in battles by DrunkenMasters and Brumen), so maybe you can explain what happened to my Thors?

Maraudian: I did not attack, I got attacked... so I can not use the back button to check what happened.

And ofcourse if the Hercs or Nirvs attacked my Thors, they would have killed them.... but the Hercs and Nirvs were busy with my top 3 stacks (and my Pyths died because they dont have the `no retaliation` abbility).

so my Thors (and the rest of my stacks, Queens, Flysch, Pike, Runners and Borrelies, which like my Thors have the `no retaliation` abbility) flanked the two stacks of the attacker in both battles waves.

and as far as I understand (but if I am wrong please correct me) they should not be destroyed during their flanking attacks..... if they can be killed during flanking, why didn`t any of the other stacks get killed?

and gilead , both his stacks are capable of killing your thor

Gilead , try using the back button and veiwing the atack details in future

we arnt telling you not to use sims , but for example GYs sim , stacks dont even accurately hit the correct stacks at time , and probably the reason you reported this is the sim said different and you yourself dont know what hit them.

the simple cure is to back button to the atack and read it , then you will clearly see something did hit them and they did die.

in other words a stack did hit them , a stack did kill them , they didnt just die ( get sick ) after combat

well I remember a post of Maraudian stating that you should not trust the battle sim for anything..... but that I dont really care about....

in your opinion HoneyBucket{HH}, what killed my Thors? there where no opposing stacks (xxxx used 2 stacks....), so all my Thors did was flanking... and asThors have the `no retal` abbility, I dont understand what killed them.....

Gilead they don`t tell you not to use Battle Sim they simply tell you not to fully rely on it or use it to show gc problems as it cannot fully duplicate battle.

As for your Thors... i don`t see why they couldn`t have died.
