to be perfectly honest i would say that th rt servers should have at least 45 turns cos i find i sit there then wait ages for turns to replenish make the game a bit long winded in amount of time if u know wut i mean

Yes. Paid does have slightly faster turns and higher turn max. (45 turns on RT server).

Turn come automatically. Faster servers get faster turns. Such as RT is the fastest and Slow is the slowest. RT gains turns per 8 seconds. Ultra i think is 2 mintutes. Fast is 5 minutes. Normal i don`t remember really is it 30 minutes and slow 1 hour or something like that.
