RIchest Empires List

The rich list was a static webpage, generated on a schedule if people looked at it or if people didn`t (in contrast, the true "rank near me" is dynamic, and almost real time). The rich list adds none more cpu usage during normal play that viewing any other web page would.

Earthquake hit North Pacific ocean, somewhere near to Japan, not south Asia.

The richlist has been removed temporarily as a trial for possible update of some sort, and there was an 8.2 magnitude earthquake in the ocean around south asia just now which is causing these sporadic periods of connection
