Special Rules for Galactic Conquest Game

The following special rules applies for the Galactic Crisis which occurs during the fusion period of the Overmind Project.

- No one can use planet creation artifacts
- No PR restrictions for any one who wishes to attack the bearer Empire
- Bearer Empire has a penalty for exploring for new planets
Harder to explore and exploration brings you out of DP
- Bearer Empire has a damage protection of 1 hour (game time) only
- Bearer Empire is excepted from the 5,000 PR newbie protection
- Everyone`s Overmind Project gets destroyed when the Galactic Crisis ends

Overmind Project will be destroyed when:-
- Bearer loses any battle with a PR below 500,000
- Bearer have 3 or less colonies left

andover point is use queens for the angels forget about the collective ships

the highest PR in his fed (Besides himself) is 6 million... that wont help much for repelling ppl who are strenghening up to attack him

remember tho that Theres hardly anyone from his fed above 50 mill who will be able to take down the people who could defeat fen.... The 2 people above 100 mill could probably stop this UW when they feel like it...

Yeah, like both parties are gonna reveal who is supporting and who is against the UW, lol : )

I think Finnegan has a good chance. Those Fodders are hard to kill, hehe.

Also, he has only 13 planets if we can win enough times he gets elimiinated automatically by the game for running outta planets.

deactivate the kho shield and use BTC`s And STC`s....I definatly think this UW is gonna fail... too many people have been storing up and fen. is still quite low for launching a UW
