Anfit, idk what Gornach is talking about. You should indeed have all the dp you need for your last hour - nothing changes as far as I know.

nah anfit this takes alot less, as dev got support of the strongest fed on the game;) he`s out of dp alot more than he`s in dp it aint a pure explore uw:) he`s doing power uw on ultra, explore on fast and explore/power on slow heh

fyi that takes roughly 2500 turns over 48 hours...
did something change? i had all the DP i ever wanted in the last hour... either time

alex01 Starbases don't get you out of DP., so if you have plenty of cash and Time Capsules and don't care for loses. You could just build you above the PR. limit and explore for lost planets, if do however take that you can stay online for 48 hours and have a very quick build skill in the last hour, because then you don't get any DP. at all.
I can show that you also take loses AlphaCentauri, if that even matters :-))
