click on the mission`s and do what it tells you to , commerical is the main sourse of income for terrans so build and research this for your income allso a little agraculture to feed your populstion with is good, research all your ships below 5000 pr , this is newbie protection , above that and you can be attacked , if you are you will get 24 hrs of damage protection when you lose a battle. check out the manuel theres a lot of good info in there.
