Just give use the C3 pop or no pop & we will mine it for you... pretty easy right.... so why does everyone try to take our C3s of 0 pop & nothing on them at all... Infrastructure wise...

rutile is something an Aminer uses alot, so you kinda balance yourself out there :P

ya i know... when i made the lost i know i should of made something else lol... but time was short & i dont want to lose to much borders lol.... you can kill a few people & make me a C3 of whatever minerial you want me to start selling lol

I`d prefer other minerals =P bought the whole lot of rutiles the other day..
