i messed up my colony, how do i start a new one? i read the newb guide, but i still don`t understand what i should do first. what do you suggest?

Race Modifiers & Manual
use the races most positive modifers to direct your research, select one of them for best results
eg terran most positive`s are agriculture(food) and commerce, select one of those for terran, note market first though, commerce is more stable on every speed game but food occasionally if its selling at 10+ constnatly could be a better income

you may also want to search the old forum for other players " starting guides " some of them are pretty usefull

if you want to restart go to options / restart empire. there is a strategy guide for terrans in the stragety section of help center
