how do you reward a slave empire, i click on the button but nothing happened

the reward to your slave comes from your tribute reserve... if the balance of your tribute reserv is 0 then you can`t reward slaves

as far as i remember a slave have to pay some tribute before he can be rewarded... a long time since i`ve had slaves thou
