cant go on some sites!!

like when im trying to build ships it says on under atk and u gotta click this thing to stop it from doing that but i keep on clicking it nothing happens!!! under it says javascrpt something i dont know can someone help me? i cant build any ships

the attack popup is to let you know you have been attacked , you should be abel to click it and then build ships. its that way so you dont come out of dp after an attack in case you dont have boarders to protect the colonys you want to keep. if you have a popup blocker set it to allow them from this site.
