I am currently collating all suggestions into a spreadsheet, and as i do so i am closing the

posts.

all credit is being give to the empires that posted them, including date, empire name and

empire id number

i`ve noted these details on teh spredsheet, normally i`ve closed posts after this however i think that the others posting on this thread have some good input as well so leaving it here as open, and pasted the link to this post on the spreadsheet.

The trick is to design stacks that are anti-spam... this will discourage spamming. The reason people spam is because it works against poorly designed stacks... If anyone would like a few pointers, feel free to PM me. I rarely lose to spammers when I`m defending

Spamming has too much of an advantage ... a slight change might encourage less spamming. up the %dam needed to get 2 colonies ... currently its at 50% -- increase that to 65%.

A separate suggestion: 100% damage done, takes FOUR colonies ... this will also give counters more meaning. ... could be risky though

i dont know if your suggestion will work on GC, but if it does then yea add a flanking bonus. I havent played much GC the last 6 months.... really started playing again just a few weeks ogo. before my inactivity there were only a few spammers out there, now that im back half of the players out of dp are (semi) spamming. its so lame!!
i cant really blame newbies for spamming (when i just started i did the same),but i see lots of veteran players doing it too. they should be skilled enough to win without spamming!
