the guides do what they do because they like the game, and from what i`ve read of your GC suggestiosn you appear to only like Uc.
i`m sorry Archaeo, i don`t agree there, i`m rather like Blad a simple thank you should be enough, rewarding guides could lead to abuse way down the track in the far distant future, i dont` know any GC guides i`ve concerns about there, but you never know what the future brings do you.
rewarding someone who volunteers their time is not the way to go in my opinion, i know in the past stephen may have at christmas time doen some small things, minor things really, but i`ve noted all my accounts so he wasn`t able to reward me in any way shpae or form.
personally i volunteer my time for the game and the plaeyrs not for anything i can get from it, i pay and donate for the same reason, have not recieved anything for my donations never asked for anything for them never will.
i do however cherish every sincere thank you from players I`ve received and many of them have become frineds for the same reasons.
your idea of viewing how a guide is praised would split staff up i believe which has occurred in the past, staff now are working together and get along well, some arent` on all the time, so what they`d not get as much praise, that doesn`t seem very fair to me I really dont` like this idea, its just antoher way to cause rifts and arguments between staff, and that would in turn lead to less game work being done and less fun for everyone involved.
