Market Boycott suggestion

Here`s a suggestion. Just like you can have an ignore list on pms, how about a feature where if you`re selling stuff on the market you can have a list of up to (say) 20 empires (if you so choose) to whom you will not sell to.

If they`re trying to buy on the market and it`s yourstuff, a pop-up/or different screen can come up saying (along the lines of) "nope, you`re a reject -- would you like to buy the same amount of stuff at the next price"

What do ya think? e.g. a fed can pull together and boycott another fed. In an UW, sellers can boycott most of the UW`s supporters to prevent `em buying up minerals (hence allowing newbs to build up and attack etc).

Er, Detritus, perhaps you misunderstood, thats exactly what i mean :
no empires that make war at my fed can buy my things.
or i misunderstood you......

nah man. if you`re at war with a fed it should be almost automatic that you can`t buy off them... think reality. If I was truly at war with you would I be selling you minerals etc to help you build weapons you would use against me...

or at least an autoblock against buyers who have fedwar with you, usually you wont sell weapons to your enemies

Excellent idea. Though I think there should be some sort of limit to the number of Empires you`re allowed to block...

Much better suggestion than the previous idea of transferring, this system you could sell cheap and block most of the greedy competitors, it could make Miners more important to a Fed

great idea arch...i believe this will create a better reason to control the market. Get 6 major min/gc producers in a fed and they can boycott their fedwar :D would be a more tactical advantage to take to the field of battle...kinda like in life how ppl do it there...

i think this is a great idea plus it gives more power to the miners which is never a bad thing only prob is tho is that there is only a 3% chance of stephen reading this and then if he does theres only a 0.00000000000000001% of him implementing so although a nice idea its never gona happen

not sure i follow that Loof ... why would there be less for new players?
isn`t the point that you could if you want boycott big buyers (and/or fed enemies)? Maybe restrict # empires boycottable to 5 per person ...
