If you have a retal on someone and then you happen to be in the same fed before it expires... i think that you should still be able to retal... seems fair to me eh?

well they can overlook it or take it... doesn`t mean you hold a grudge... i have all sorts of interesting conecpts of fedmates o.O
u have an interesting concept about fedmates. I thought fedmates are some sorts of (part-time)friends, where one can overlook such old peanuts.......
how tempting this might seem I think risk of people say it's a transfer is kinda high if fedmates can counter so unfortunatly I think it's not such a good idea.

Better yet, lets start having initiation parties where we glue abunch of tacks on the floor, strip down all new fed mates that we have retails on and drag them across the floor until they dance around and eat clams on their bellies XD

why not just get them in chat, get there fleet, build your up, then kick them and use your counter..then they`ll apply again and laugh and brag about how great their fed m8s are 0-o

lol exactly they would have let you joined right away if they would still be able to cash in their counter.
nah...when i joined a fed once, they told me to get countered first or wait 7 days before joining lol
