Yes, I`m being a bit heartless, but the coincidences are beginning to be staggering

belial i think most are woundering why the fourm was change to this and none of the recent toics and popular ones whernt moved to here more over the update

I think suffering from pnemonia for the last 2 months and STILL carrying on regardless would have a slight effect on your productivity. Should be wishing him well

There are extremely valid reasons for this to be done at this time, the current GC problems are a related issue and frankly I cna`t tell you anything more at this time.

trancy there also are valid resons why there is no update... like stephens computer breaking down when it is finished... ofc he had no backup file noone ever makes a backup file of soemthing they work on for over a year...
the point is vallid depends on the viewers oppinion and tho stephen made a great game he doesnt care for it anymore...
and admins have to stay loyal

dreamland the game is going down the tube notice how thigns slowly get removed and more bugs appeara as well as uc geting yet another update. and dleeting the history of spacefed its self yep real smart on his behalf real fing smart

It`s also a very nice and well thought idea to limit the character of the displayed names, like:
Cheradenin

instead of
Cheradenine
truly an outstanding performance.
My fault - like it would do any good or bad if I post anything on the forum.

I hope the return of the old forum will come true - it yields much usefull information.

The new one is disappointing - I`ve waited so long for a forum there you can search for text in the threads.
But the search function here is terrible.
You can only search for a word (more precise, an uninterrupted character string) in the title.
The search by empire is only functional if the empire has created the article but you can`t find the replies of the empire.
If the search function works in theorie different ... maybe, but I tried it already.

As there are lots of forums out in the wide world (and even a lot of free to embed) it`s pretty upsetting that the so called search function has no real use here.
It limits the usefullness of the forum quite a lot.

This is disappointing. I think I should refrain from posting here;
I (under other names) tried to put a lot of usefull stuff in here and to not complain a lot.
To put all things usefull together in an understandable language means a lot of work.

I`m disappointed, I do not believe anymore that it`ll become better.
I looked over to UC - same forum there.

Err dreamland you made a thread called "bleh lousy forum", then complained in several other threads. Pot calling the kettle black? =)

on the contrary Dreamland.. the game is indeed geting shut down. Fewer users, fewer paids, more expenses and less features. Low morale etc etc.. pretty good definition of a dead game. "Dead Game Walking"

games not getting shut down, this is a great game, why complain when you should be playing it o_O but its the thought i guess thats annoying people

This is ridiculous. First theres no update, now bits of the game are being shut down one after another because they dont work anymore. First theres the fed elections now the forums gone! This new help centre is the ugliest, and hardest to use forum I`ve ever seen. Games are supposed to get better not worse.

And of course there`s no explanation or apology from Stephen.

My paid will expire in 18 days. Unless Stephen gets off his lazy butt and does something by then I`m outta here. Im sick of this crab.

Extremely valid reason speculation #1....

Stephen does not care to fix whatever code problems are being caused, pissing the history of the game down the tubes.....

Anyone else want to speculate?

y not just run both like normal? i have trouble reading this forum so im pretty ticked off about this...i have to squin and stuff to make out anything. he other was BRIGHTER and MORE USER FRIENDLY.

if we cant navigate this wat hope have new players got? a dodgy forum makes then think the game itself is dodgy...normal marketing dictates user friendly idea not user unfriendly ideas...this is an unfriendly one and i for one will not be using this foruim again till the old is implimented again if ever

aggree with lothor but just a idear can we have some things moved over to this forum that help newer players like "lothors guide to races ect" some really usefull stuff for new starts to the game
