agreed. Take me for example: I am not a good one either. It is hard to lead 21 people when 5 of them just dont want to exist (inactive)

Creating a fed is easy, actually running it sucessfully is another. Being a good fed leader takes a lot of work, you don`t just throw open the doors of the fed and sit on your butt, you have to constantly monitor and maintain it.
