What is the rule with attacking people already attacked.

If i lose 1 planet and still out of protection, what are the *new* % for next attack?
Also, same, but what if I decide to disband or build new ships? will the planet lost still be calculated still?

New question: What is allowed and prohibited with slaving people you know (to give them money or reinforcments)
Also, same but what if i`m enslaved and see a friend online, tell him to enslave me so he can free me up (telling and not telling fleet as impact?)

merlin if you loose 1 planet and dont take any offensive actions (stuff that would take you out of dp if you had it)
you wont loose 3 planets... but usaly 2 or even 1 if lucky

Asking someone to enslave you then to be freed is organising battles, and against the rules.

As to loosing one planet and such, you can still loose another 3 planets, which is why it`s good to keep adequate borders, it does go on a % of PR that you loose of your fleet. Usually however you will just loose anouther 2 planets, but that is usually within a set period of time since the first attack.
