I have two colonies I can`t plunder: X.0592 and X.9820. What is special about these colonies? Why can`t I splunder them? Why the "X" as opposed to the "E" out in front of the colony number?

X class planets are meant to be a hinderence in the game, terran and a. miners can not plunder them unless they cluster them and then plunder the cluster.
