i completely disagree... i think that 21 virals could be completely whooped by a fed or two of well proportioned races. completely depends on activity and tallent involved.

i agree 21 virals is really out of the question
if they team up with 21 guardians
and another 21 a miners...
or even worse 21 mauruders !!!
or just with any 21 players who hae the money and time to spam ships and defend
i think we can have 1 UW every 2 days =P

HB with the current situation on RT if you would put 20 Virals together...No chance for the rest.....

hmm and a viral fed....an interesting idea to say the least...perhaps we could use a fed of 1 for each race filled with the top 21 players of those races...that are stil left

Viral 106 was the original federation for Virals

RT is stgnant, most good players have allegiances, if you had say the best Viral on RT with a few others, maybe it would work, would dominate though lol
