each industrial infastructure you make provides around $4 without any research done

like streetrac said as terran your goal is to use up (or earn negative goods) per turn. by building commercial you lose goods which as terran is good and you just simply by them off the market

by doing industry and getting raw material to build it out (you could buy it or do agriculture to get raw material). As terran you shouldn`t do industry tough.
