When you use them, you get a random number (up to 10) of a random artifact. Though it can`t give more regalos, and has 25% chance to fizzle (not work).
If you use artifacts that boost luck (suerte, afortunado) before using regalos, you get more chance to get better artifacts and less chance to fizzle.

regalos, when used on yourself, give you a random artifact....
some people might give you a paid account (maybe a month :P) if you use a certain number of regalos on them.... like 25 or so.....
