yep i`m with Warp on this one... if you raise the upkeep, especially on pyth and angel then most of us poor virals won`t be able to afford to climb\spam up high enough to compete with those rich players!!! o.O

the how point of going high is that ure almost showing of ure cash seperates the prs so the old empires fight old rich empires while young porr empire fight young poor empires

sure raise the upkeep, that way only rich empires will be able to climb to high powers. Sound good to me (NOT)
