Is the amount of Minerals generated effected by the number of mining infrastrtucture, or just ore?

Mining Research lvl increases the ore extracted from a plannet Per mine
Mining Research lvl also Increases the mineral income
Mining infastructure on a plannet will only increase the Ore Extraction. , once their is no ore there isnt any reason to keep mines on the plannet.

infastructure is just for ore, but research helps both
