Archived thread. It was closed and moved to the archive, which is where the board has

if your looking for your research lvl`s go to Research
GC doesnt have levels like UC does, everything can be done with enough turns and money :P not really any level requirements except for the mission requirements on races but thats not really a level thing in the sense that UC is :S
