one way is to use artifacts to give other empires credits. you could allso enslave the empire and send tribute, and thats about it. :)

you cant wire money to another empire, and if you use the market to do so it is cheating
but you can give money in the form of artifacts, like bronze, silve gold and platinum dineros give money, but 10,000-64,000 on average
