What happens when I disband ships? will i be able to get them back?

The General Ranking is base on Power Rating.
However if you were to click "Ranking"
Top empires
Most planets
Top in stats
Rank near me
You would see that there is also a Most Planets ranking & Also Stats Ranking
+Once you disband your ships they will be automatically destroyed
