The Area 7 feds were great when scarecrow was still here, practically died when scarecrow quit the game

ultra: Matrix Armaggedon, IMPERIUM GALACTICA used to have nearly a 1000 planets now less than 50. many other feds have been severely weakened by a 2 year long war involoving nearly the whole server.

RT has to be plunder club (technically it still exists, but only becuase on member still maintains the name).
