gc is messed up

here as of late i have been getting alot of gc webpages with code, such as the manage planet page and fleet page especially the ranks. when they show code, nothing else is on the screen and you have to refresh to get anything. this especially messes me up when i need borders and cant get em.

Yea that happens quite a bit when playing spacefed via proxies O.o
