My friend, "MasterOfChaos" had enough power to get out of slavery, so the second he went to the slave empire`s option he was attacked.. Also that it was dayzhavoo about 3 time`s in a row. So i was thinking that everyone should have like a 25cond protection o something after making offensive ship`s and all.

starbases can be built in dp , same with scouts
