small suggestion not put alot of thought into it but ....

remove the 150% attacking bonus
federation wars now last 7 days
wins/losses are counted
small rewards for the side that has most wins
new page for federation wars that have ended showing relevant stats and who won along with a rankings table for most federation wars won

and who attacks the most during the war or if you do it like clash of clans everyone gets 3 attacks

oh forgot to add

both federations must accept the war and it would then start at next refresh
