*Summary

Detail
Display / Styling Fixes:
Federation Detail, Discussion, Member, and Applicants pages updated for Nebula and Daylight mobile.
Manage Colony and Colony Detail pages entirely re-worked on Nebula/Daylight for both Mobile and Desktop,
including a Max button for colony infrastructure construction and planetary mods on the screen.
Consumption and Infrastructure screens also re-worked for mobile.

Bug Fixes / Changes:
Firefox Mobile users can now enter chat posts.
Federation member list usernames now link to the user summary rather than PM
Mineral income should now display properly and accurately across all sources (Turn Use, Income Screen etc).

Game Changes:
Market posts now last for 14 days on RT, 28 days on Turn-Based.
Market posts can now be refreshed all at once for posts of any resource with less than 48 hours till expiration from the Market Withdraw screen.
Various updates to the Tutorial Act 0 Missions to make things clearer for new players and link more to necessary pages.
