This is just a little fix I would like to see incorporated.
If my loyalty is 4995, its going to take up 1 turn to get to max.
However, if I just click the planet, hit reward pop, and click reward, it will use 99 turns (well, 45) even though loyalty only goes to 5k.
Ive done it on accident a handful of times since I got a paid and its really kind of frustrating to throw away so many turns for no gain just because for whatever reason the game doesnt cap the number of turns you use.
I dont recall this being an issue when you are unpaid, just when Im paid. Maybe I jsut didnt notice it when I could only use 3 turns at a time
