i think there should be a federation cash storage thing where u can donate money to the fed and if someone needs cash they can withdrawl it from there this way if someone go`s in dept or need cash to buy minerals or what ever they can just get the money.

this idea has been put forward before and may take some form in the upcomeing update but i dought it will be as the uc version is, we will have to wait and see if it makes it in the update in some form
