actually planets power=1000
1 infrastructure= 1 pr
10 population = 1 pr
but 1,500 is a good average per planet, though it might be bigger with larger clusters that contain 800-900 land barrens etc.

Planets Add - about 1500 PR
Ships add - Various PR
*if u go above 5kPR your outa NP and can be attacked by other empires!
