save up some money and build a few ships to increase PR ( you will be open to atack untill you get DP ) or you can build scouts and explore plannets till you go over 10k PR ( if its your 1st time you can also be atacked )
just remember you get damage protection after taking a reasonable loss , damage protection lasts 24 hours and will expire if you build atack ships ( this includes special )
