He has no dummy stacks you can beat him from any power level and take 1 colony if you

1) do more overall damage to him than you take
2) atleast 1 of your ships survives

Best way to acheive this goal is 10 even stacks of high range ships. At most only 4 of your stacks will be wiped out in 2 rounds

for fodders use ryu jins or pyths or hercs high build rate and kill them fine
for angels queens
for chirons use neutrals ships if your not a viral or collective or guardian that way he won't capture your ships, use ligh fighter drones they are very effective in killing chirons
