I was attacked by an empire!When I went to attack back,the
attacking empire wasn`t on the list anymore!How do I find
him,because I just bought 50 Terran Fighters?!

It often happens that before you can counter attack that the individual is hit by someone else and put into damage protection, you can use the intell link to see where they are currently at, but often things move fast and they can be gone before you get the chance to counter them. Counter`s last for 7 days, so you have time to collect your attack if you watch for them.
