No artifacts
No misions required ( every race is available ) ; However, can`t change mind and later restart
Restart, bankruptcy or death an empire is eliminated from playing till next session
feds have 5 member maximums (both the fed declared on and the declaring fed recieve same +200% or -300% war bonus)


Any one who sucessfully sets of the ultimate weapon gets to play as a Kalzul for 1 week during the next GC/RT (limited session)
