It`s a great idea Tauren, but it`s already been done. If you want, instead of trying to launch a new fed, why not come help me run Universe42? We train anyone who is willing to learn, and I`m always in need of new instructors.

Ummm no offense, but usually, beginners want to join a more established and more experienced fed that can guide them along...
