there`s `surely the best stacks` it`s like apple pie..

terran are very flexible , to the point they can change there stacks so easily to counter any race they want , or even a few. doesnt work 100% of the time so boarders are a must.
but yeh look into what ships you have and learn what they are good for , get some experience in fighting each race.
give it some patience and you will learn how to defend and attack better vs all the races

seriously there is no best stack, unless you know who is going to attack you. play around with differeing ones, and always mix it up
