My brother plays this game in the RT server, and I want to play it too, but we have the same internet (so same IP aswell).
I would like to know if I can create an account in that server without the risk of being banned.

You can, but messaging an admin (like BadWolf) and explaining the situation would be prudent. Also remember to play by the shared computer rules (ie do not try and use artifacts on each other, do not try and attack each other, do not try and transfer goods on the market to each other etc). Barring that you should be fine.
