Some of players use to decrease the loyalty on my empire. The question is why I can`t know who is it? Act alike this is already low and anonymous act is twice lower... I am not going to be the mean person by this reason, but seams as this game teaches to be mean. I know what any of players can say;don`t play if don`t like. But what I said is regular criticism and what for is criticism exist it is a long story. Just imagine what we would have if we ever was agree.

My food Prod.Is 8600 and food Req. is 3300. I use to check and control this on Consuption.If Tracione artifact disabled why my loyalty deacreased? Who has so mean ability?

Artifacts that decrease loyalty are disabled. This is because it would be unfair against guardians who cannot raise loyalty themselves, but who need it to have at least some income.

Also always when someone uses an artifact on you it shows in your logs who used it.

I think you just noticed your loyalty decreased and thought it was due to artifacts. My best guess is that you had not enough food left at some point, and when using turns, that starved your population (which decreases loyalty).
