Major Gordos, what`s the point

Used my first Major Gordo and I was surprised it only added 100 land. I`ve used Minor before and got 25, and it takes more than 4 Minors to build a Major. So what`s the point of a Major Gordo, if it seems better I just collect more Minors. Is the land add in a range or always 25/100.

well, Major are usually nicer if you want to gordo your home world :)
minor are better in the long run for anything else tho lol.
