special races are so broken thered have to be tremendous changes before Id say a player could play them for any length of time

-10% land
-10% planet count for all clusters, 25 planet C2 becomes a 22 planet C2, round down.
-10% resources, money, food, cgs, ore, minerals
-10% artifacts
-10% infra research
-reset capsule lab
-reset researching all ships
-reset ship viral RE ships, each UW, viral lose 1 RE unable to RE another ship.... so each UW they go from 3 RE ships each race, to 2, to 1, to 0, only having V.class left over after 3 successful UW`s.

Id 100% be down for carrying over 50% of your infra levels or something for successful UW

when you uw you carry forward some infra levels, amount can vary based on how many uws you have?

1. I think bringing empires out of VM goes against everything VM was implemented to do.

2. I DO support the idea of a successful UW wiping out some portion of land - even if it was only above a certain threshold.

uw brings all vmed empires out of vm and placed at base pr with 24hrs dp and it should send them a email saying you got 24hrs to react and then the same for empires that have been frozen any 1 that is not frozen or in vm lose 10% of land greater then 1750 land per planet eg 200k eden would lose 20k as its over 1750 land above the max for a eden and then the current rewards
