Can anyone tell me what the maximum
Level 1 cluster size is,
Level 2 cluster size,
and Level 3 cluster size?
I`m assuming you can Gordo a cluster, right?
How do you go about buying artifacts?

Well normally you will have a hard time getting them bigger than roughly 5k, 25k and 125k. Bigger is possible but you`d have to explore/capture some real good planets.
It is indeed possible to gordo a cluster.
I`m not sure whether you mean buying artifacts with in game money or real money. The first is not possible and the second is not possible either at the moment as far as I`m aware.
