So, how does Archang31 or Seekers etc...
get up to +200,000,000 PR and only have
60-70 planets?
Aren`t they spending $200,000,000 every
turn at that pr? How can u support that with
only 65 or so planets?

max out your research infra.. have a good income.. save large amount of cash when you are at low pr.. then use the large cash reserve to climb high :)
